Terms & Conditions for Wild Swim Club

Welcome to Wild Swim Club. By accessing and using our website (www.wildswim.club), enrolling in our swim classes, or workshops, or participating in any of our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using the website and enrolling in any services offered by Wild Swim Club, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as any additional guidelines or rules that may be posted on our website or communicated to you. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

2. Services Offered

Wild Swim Club offers swim classes for children and adults, conducted by qualified instructors. We provide various levels of swim instruction, which include Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced classes. Our classes are available at designated locations in Chennai.

  • Class Schedule: Swim classes will be conducted according to a pre-set schedule. Class timings and availability are subject to change. We will notify participants of any schedule changes in advance.

  • Class Fees: Fees for swim classes will be specified on our website or communicated at the time of registration. Fees must be paid in full to secure a place in the class.

 

3. Registration and Enrollment

  • Eligibility: To enroll in swim classes or workshops, participants must meet the eligibility criteria specified for each class (e.g., age, height, swimming ability).

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for classes, including emergency contact details for children.

  • Payment: Payment for classes is due at the time of registration. Payments can be made through the methods available on our website or other approved channels.

 

4. Health and Safety

  • Medical Information: It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to disclose any relevant medical information concerning the child’s ability to safely participate in swim classes. Adults must also provide any necessary medical information related to their participation.

  • Health and Fitness: By enrolling in swim classes, you confirm that you or your child are in good health and able to participate in physical activities.

  • Safety Rules: Participants are required to follow all safety rules and instructions provided by Wild Swim Club staff. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the class for safety reasons.

  • Swimming Gear: Participants are expected to wear appropriate swimwear and bring necessary swimming accessories (e.g., swim caps, goggles).

 

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Participants: Once the slot for the class has been confirmed, no further cancellations will be entertained, and fees paid for swim coaching are non-refundable. 

  • Cancellation by Wild Swim Club: Wild Swim Club reserves the right to cancel any class or event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor availability, weather conditions). In such cases, participants will be notified, and a rescheduling or refund will be offered.

  • Refund Policy: Fees paid for swim coaching are non-refundable. 

 

6. Code of Conduct

By participating in Wild Swim Club's classes, you agree to adhere to the following code of conduct:

  • Respectful Behavior: Participants must behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and other members at all times.

  • No Discrimination: We promote a safe and inclusive environment. Discrimination or harassment based on gender, race, religion, or other factors will not be tolerated.

  • Use of Facilities: Participants should use the swimming pool and other facilities responsibly, ensuring that all equipment is used as intended and in good condition.

 

7. Liability and Assumption of Risk

  • Personal Injury: By enrolling in our classes, participants acknowledge and accept any risks associated with swimming and physical exercise.

  • Release of Liability: Wild Swim Club, its employees, and agents are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during swim classes or other club activities. Participants assume full responsibility for their actions and well-being while at our facilities.

 

8. Use of Website and Intellectual Property

  • Website Content: The content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Wild Swim Club and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

  • User-Generated Content: You may be able to submit content, such as photos, reviews, or feedback, on our website or social media platforms. By submitting such content, you grant Wild Swim Club a license to use, display, or publish it for promotional purposes.

 

9. Privacy and Data Protection
