Cancellation Policy
Our Compensation Policy is as follows: - Leaves & Attendance: Any leaves taken should be informed at least 24 hours in advance, so that the instructor can be prepared accordingly. - Missed Classes: Each learner is entitled to up to two compensatory classes within the batch duration (10th August – 1st September), provided a leave application and compensation request are submitted at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us release your booked slot for another learner. If prior notice is not given, the compensation slot will be cancelled, and the learner will be notified. Please Note: Compensation slots once confirmed will not be cancelled or rescheduled.
