Cancellation Policy

Payment & Registration: Slot is confirmed only on payment. If payment is not received, registration is automatically canceled. No walk-ins; register and pay in advance at wildswim.club/bookings. Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable once a slot is confirmed. Leaves & Attendance: Any leaves taken should be informed in advance, so that the instructor can be prepared accordingly. It is critical that you do not miss the first week of classes, since foundational skills are covered then. Missed Classes: Up to 2 compensatory classes within the batch duration, subject to availability of slots. Carry-Forward Classes: Not allowed unless for medical reasons with a valid certificate. Approval is at the team's discretion, and carried classes must be used within the next month. - Medical Disclosure & Clearance: Participants are required to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, including but not limited to respiratory issues, heart conditions, epilepsy, or any other condition that may affect their ability to safely participate in swimming activities. This disclosure must be made to the Wild Swim Team before enrollment. If a participant has a medical condition, they must obtain medical clearance from a qualified physician certifying their fitness to participate in swimming activities. The Wild Swim Team reserves the right to deny participation to any individual who fails to provide such medical clearance. - Indemnity & Release of Liability: The participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Wild Swim Team, its instructors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to their participation in the swimming classes, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss. Compliance & Safety: Adherence to all safety guidelines is mandatory; failure may result in removal without refund. Agreement & Acceptance: By enrolling in a class, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. This agreement is legally binding upon the participant and their legal representatives.
