Eligibility Criteria: - Height: above 4'2" / 128 cm - Open for Kids, Teens & Tweens (7 - 14 years): Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced level learners - Open for Adults, both Men & Women (15 years and above): Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced level learners Be a Complete Swimmer Take the next step in your swimming journey by reserving your spot for 03 consecutive months of structured coaching. This program is designed to help you build confidence in the water and progressively sharpen your skills from Beginner to Intermediate levels. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy & Terms - Swimming classes at Wow Sports Arena are open to Wow Sports Members as well as non-members. - Walk-ins are permitted, but prior registration is mandatory to reserve a spot. Refund & Cancellation - Once a class slot has been confirmed, no cancellations will be entertained. - All fees paid for swim coaching are non-refundable and will be billed against the slots booked at the time of registration. Attendance & Leaves - Any leaves must be informed in advance to allow instructors to plan accordingly. - It is critical not to miss the first week of classes, as foundational skills are covered during this period. Compensation Classes - A maximum of two (2) compensation classes may be claimed during the program tenure only. - Participants are advised to ensure availability before registering for the classes. Batch Schedule & Safety - Batch dates and timings must be strictly followed, as swimmer safety is our top priority. Medical Disclosure & Clearance - Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, including but not limited to respiratory issues, heart conditions, epilepsy, or any condition that may affect safe participation. - Medical disclosures must be made to the Wild Swim Team prior to enrollment. - Participants with medical conditions must provide medical clearance from a qualified physician confirming fitness to participate. - The Wild Swim Team reserves the right to deny participation if required medical clearance is not provided. Indemnity & Release of Liability - Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Wild Swim Team, its instructors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation, including personal injury, property damage, or loss. Compliance & Safety - All participants must adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by the Wild Swim Team. - Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without a refund. Agreement & Acceptance - By enrolling, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. - This agreement is legally binding upon the participant and their legal representatives.
